How to Use Google Gemini to Design Your Garden

August 5, 2026/0 Comments/in Block Paving, Driveways, Patios/by Aron Johnston

Designing a garden is exciting, but turning ideas into a practical plan can feel overwhelming. Google Gemini makes the early stages easier. It can brainstorm themes, analyse uploaded photographs, suggest layouts and generate visual concepts, giving you an accessible starting point before you buy plants or begin landscaping.

Start with the facts

Good garden design begins with accurate information. Before opening Gemini, measure the garden and note the positions of the house, doors, fences, sheds and existing trees. Record its orientation, patterns of sun and shade, soil type, drainage issues and anything that must remain. Add your budget, preferred style and practical needs, such as dining space, child safety, pet-friendly planting or easy maintenance.

Then give Gemini a detailed opening prompt:

“Act as my garden design assistant. My garden is 12 metres long and 7 metres wide, faces southwest and has clay soil. I want a modern, low-maintenance garden with seating for six, more privacy and wildlife-friendly planting. My budget is £8,000. Suggest three different concepts.”

Within moments, you have ideas to react to instead of facing a blank page.

Below is a garden we helped design using Google Gemini, the prompts are so important, you need to know if the garden gets sun which determines the types of plants to use, also where best to lay the patio for when you do get the sun in the evening and privacy

Use photographs to unlock ideas

Gemini Apps accepts photo uploads, so take clear pictures from several positions, including views from the house and far boundary. Upload a wide-angle image and ask Gemini to identify features, opportunities and problem areas. It may notice an unused corner, a harsh fence line or a natural location for seating.

You can also ask for a visual interpretation. Try: “Use this photograph as the basis for a contemporary garden concept. Keep the house, fences and mature tree unchanged, but add a porcelain patio, curved planting beds and a timber pergola.”

Treat the result as inspiration rather than a measured construction drawing. AI images can alter proportions or invent details, so always compare them with your real measurements.

Explore several styles quickly

One of Gemini’s biggest advantages is the speed of ideation. Instead of committing immediately to one look, ask it to develop contrasting options. You might request a structured contemporary garden, a relaxed cottage garden and a family-friendly entertaining space.

For each concept, ask for a colour palette, suggested materials, key plants, maintenance level and approximate budget split. You can then compare the atmosphere and practical implications of each approach. If you like different parts of two concepts, ask Gemini to combine them. This conversational process makes experimentation easy and costs nothing in materials.

Develop the layout

Once you have chosen a direction, turn the concept into a clearer layout. Ask Gemini to divide the garden into zones and explain the reasoning behind their positions. Include paths, patios, planting beds, storage, screening, lighting and focal points.

Be precise when refining it: “Keep the existing patio, move the dining area into the evening sun, hide the bins with slatted screening and retain a one-metre path to the shed.” Change one or two elements at a time so you can understand what improves the plan.

Gemini can also create a written, dimensioned brief for a landscaper. However, confirm every measurement on site and ask a qualified professional to assess levels, foundations, drainage and structural work.

Build a planting plan

Plant selection becomes easier when Gemini knows the conditions. Provide your country or region, soil, sunlight, exposure, available bed depth and the amount of gardening you want to do. Ask for plants that provide year-round structure, seasonal colour and food for pollinators.

A useful prompt is: “Create a planting plan for a sunny, two-metre-deep border in free-draining soil. Use a purple, white and green palette, include evergreen structure and keep maintenance moderate. List mature sizes, flowering periods and planting quantities.”

Use the answer as a shortlist, then verify availability, mature dimensions, hardiness, toxicity and suitability with a reputable nursery or horticultural source. This is particularly important if children or pets use the garden.

Turn the concept into action

Finally, ask Gemini to convert the preferred design into an ordered project plan. It can organise tasks into preparation, hard landscaping, soil improvement, planting, lighting and finishing touches. Request a shopping list, approximate material quantities, a phased timetable and a simple seasonal maintenance schedule.

You can also ask where savings are sensible and where professional help matters. Reusing paving or phasing planting may reduce costs, while electrical work, substantial retaining walls, tree work and complex drainage normally deserve specialist advice.

The best results come from treating Gemini as a creative collaborator, not an infallible designer. Give it clear constraints, request alternatives, question its reasoning and refine the proposal through several short prompts. Used this way, Gemini removes much of the uncertainty from the ideation stage and helps you communicate what you want. You make the final decisions with clearer options, useful visuals and a confident plan for transforming your own garden.

Patio Design Ideas for Homes in Wilmslow, Alderley Edge & Cheshire’s Golden Triangle

April 17, 2026/0 Comments/in Patios/by Aron Johnston

Outdoor living has become an essential part of modern homes, especially across Cheshire’s most desirable locations such as Wilmslow, Prestbury, Hale and Alderley Edge. Within the prestigious Cheshire Golden Triangle, homeowners are investing more than ever in high-end patios that combine style, durability, and practicality.

A well-designed patio not only enhances your garden but also creates a seamless extension of your home—perfect for entertaining, relaxing, and adding long-term value.

Why Patios Are a Must-Have in Cheshire’s Premium Areas

Properties in Wilmslow and Alderley Edge are known for their elegance and strong property values, so outdoor spaces need to match that same standard. A professionally installed patio can dramatically improve the overall appearance of your home while offering a functional space for social gatherings, outdoor dining, or simply enjoying your garden.

With more homeowners prioritising lifestyle and outdoor living, patios have become a key feature rather than an afterthought.

Porcelain Patios: Modern, Sleek & Low Maintenance

Porcelain patios have surged in popularity across the Golden Triangle—and for good reason. They offer a contemporary, high-end finish that suits both modern new builds and renovated properties.

One of the biggest advantages of porcelain is its durability. It’s resistant to stains, scratches, and fading, making it ideal for busy households. Unlike traditional materials, porcelain is non-porous, which means it won’t absorb water—helping to prevent moss, algae, and weather damage.

For homes in Wilmslow and Alderley Edge, porcelain is often chosen for its clean lines and luxury appearance. Available in a wide range of colours and finishes, including stone and concrete effects, it allows homeowners to create a bespoke outdoor space that complements their property perfectly.

Sandstone Patios: Timeless & Full of Character

For those looking for a more traditional and natural look, sandstone remains a firm favourite across Cheshire. Its warm tones and unique textures bring character and charm to any garden, making it particularly popular with period properties and countryside homes.

Sandstone blends beautifully with the natural surroundings often found in areas like Alderley Edge, creating a relaxed and inviting atmosphere. Each slab is unique, giving your patio a one-of-a-kind finish that stands out.

While sandstone does require a little more maintenance than porcelain, when properly installed and sealed, it provides a durable and long-lasting solution that weathers beautifully over time.

Designing a Patio That Fits Your Lifestyle

Every home is different, and the best patios are designed with both the property and the homeowner’s lifestyle in mind. In the Golden Triangle, many homeowners opt for:

  • Large entertaining areas with space for outdoor furniture and dining
  • Split-level patios to create visual interest and defined zones
  • Integrated lighting for evening use and added ambience
  • Seamless indoor-outdoor flow, especially with bi-fold or sliding doors

The key is to create a space that feels like a natural extension of your home, rather than a separate area.

Choosing the Right Material for Your Property

Both porcelain and sandstone have their benefits, and the right choice often comes down to personal preference, budget, and how the space will be used.

  • Porcelain is ideal for modern homes, offering a sleek finish with minimal maintenance
  • Sandstone suits traditional properties and those looking for a more natural aesthetic

In high-end areas like Wilmslow and Alderley Edge, many homeowners prioritise premium materials that not only look great but also stand the test of time.

The Importance of Professional Installation

Even the best materials won’t perform properly without expert installation. A high-quality patio requires proper ground preparation, drainage, and precise laying techniques to ensure it remains stable and visually appealing for years to come.

Poor installation can lead to issues such as sinking, cracking, or water pooling—problems that can be costly to fix later on. That’s why choosing experienced professionals is essential, particularly in premium areas where standards are high.

Add Value to Your Home

A well-designed patio is more than just an outdoor feature—it’s an investment. In sought-after areas like Wilmslow and Alderley Edge, high-quality landscaping can significantly boost property appeal and value.

Whether you’re planning to sell in the future or simply want to enjoy your outdoor space to its fullest, a new patio is one of the most effective upgrades you can make.

From sleek porcelain finishes to timeless sandstone designs, patios are transforming outdoor spaces across Cheshire’s Golden Triangle. With the right materials, thoughtful design, and expert installation, you can create a stunning area that enhances both your home and your lifestyle.

If you’re considering a new patio in Wilmslow, Alderley Edge, or the surrounding Cheshire areas, investing in quality from the outset will ensure you enjoy a space that looks incredible and performs for years to come.

From Design to Completion: The Pavetar Patio Installation Process

October 30, 2025/0 Comments/in Patios/by Aron Johnston

When it comes to creating the perfect patio, every detail matters, from the initial design through to the finishing touches. At Pavetar, we pride ourselves on offering a complete, professional patio installation service that combines expert craftsmanship with premium materials. Whether you prefer the timeless appeal of natural stone, the versatility of block paving, or the rich tones of sandstone, our team delivers patios that look beautiful, last for years, and add lasting value to your home.

Step 1: The Design and Consultation Stage

Every great patio begins with a great design. During your free consultation, our team listens carefully to your ideas, preferences and lifestyle needs. We discuss how you plan to use the space — whether it’s for relaxing, entertaining, or creating a seamless extension of your home — and assess the layout, drainage, and accessibility of your garden.

Using this information, we’ll provide design recommendations that maximise space, complement your property’s style, and suit your budget. From intricate block paving patterns to smooth natural stone layouts, we ensure the finished design fits your vision perfectly.

Step 2: Selecting the Right Materials

Choosing the right paving material is one of the most important parts of the process. At Pavetar, we offer a wide range of high-quality options — each with its own unique character and benefits.

Block Paving

block paving patio tegula blocks

Block paving remains one of the most popular choices for patios thanks to its strength, flexibility, and design versatility. Available in a wide range of colours, shapes, and finishes, it allows homeowners to create distinctive patterns such as herringbone, basketweave or stretcher bond. Block paving is also ideal for driveways and pathways, ensuring a consistent look across your property. It’s durable, easy to repair, and provides a clean, polished finish that works beautifully with both traditional and modern homes.

Porcelain Stone

If you’re seeking something elegant and timeless, porcelain stone paving offers unmatched beauty and durability. Every slab is unique, featuring variations in tone and texture that bring designer charm to any garden. Materials such as limestone, slate, and granite are long-lasting and weather-resistant, making them perfect for year-round outdoor use. Porcelain stone patios not only enhance visual appeal but can also increase the overall value of your property thanks to their premium appearance and longevity.

Sandstone

Sandstone is a favourite among homeowners who love a classic, warm look. Its subtle colour variations — from soft creams and greys to deep earthy browns — make it ideal for complementing all types of landscapes. Sandstone is naturally slip-resistant and easy to maintain, which makes it perfect for outdoor living areas and family-friendly spaces. With expert sealing and installation, a sandstone patio can retain its colour and character for decades.

At Pavetar, we source our materials from trusted UK suppliers to ensure every patio is built with the highest quality paving stones available.

Step 3: Site Preparation and Groundwork

A solid foundation is key to a patio that stands the test of time. Before any paving begins, our skilled installers prepare the site carefully — excavating to the correct depth and ensuring proper drainage. A stable sub-base of MOT Type 1 or similar aggregate is compacted to create a strong, even surface that prevents future movement or sinking.

We also install suitable edging restraints to define the patio area and maintain a clean finish. This meticulous groundwork ensures that your new patio not only looks perfect but performs flawlessly for years to come.

Step 4: Precision Installation

Once the foundation is ready, the paving installation begins. Our expert installers lay each block or stone with precision, maintaining level alignment and accurate joint spacing throughout. Depending on the chosen material, we use appropriate laying techniques, from flexible sand bedding for block paving to mortar bedding for natural stone and sandstone.

Attention to detail is crucial at this stage. Every joint is carefully filled and compacted, ensuring a seamless, professional finish. We pride ourselves on our workmanship and consistency, producing patios that not only meet but exceed our clients’ expectations.

Step 5: Finishing Touches and Aftercare

Once your patio has been fully installed, we complete a thorough clean-up and final inspection to ensure perfection in every aspect. We also offer sealing services for extra protection against weathering, stains and algae growth, particularly beneficial for natural stone and sandstone surfaces.

Our team provides aftercare advice so you can maintain your patio easily throughout the seasons. Simple measures such as occasional brushing, gentle washing, and periodic re-sanding (for block paving) will keep your patio looking as good as new for years to come.

Luxury Patio Maintenance Tips for Spring in East Cheshire

March 19, 2025/0 Comments/in Patios/by Aron Johnston

With spring on the horizon, homeowners in Wilmslow, Alderley Edge, and Prestbury are preparing to enjoy their stunning outdoor spaces once again. If you own a high-value home in East Cheshire, maintaining your patio isn’t just about upkeep—it’s about preserving the beauty and elegance of your luxury property. After months of cold, wet weather, your patio may need some attention to ensure it’s in top condition for the warmer months. Here’s how to restore and enhance your outdoor haven:

Pergola installed in Macclesfield

Clear Away Winter Debris

Winter can leave your patio looking tired, with fallen leaves, moss, and dirt accumulating on its surface. Start by gently sweeping the area to remove debris. If your patio is made of premium natural stone such as sandstone or granite, be careful to avoid abrasive brushes that could scratch the surface. For resin-bound patios, a soft rake will help refresh the look without disturbing the finish.

Gentle but Effective Deep Cleaning

A high-end patio deserves specialist care. For luxury porcelain, limestone, or York stone patios, avoid using harsh chemicals or high-pressure washers that may cause damage. Instead, opt for a professional-grade stone cleaner or a mixture of warm water and pH-neutral detergent. Use a soft-bristle brush to lift grime without harming the stone’s integrity. If algae or moss are present, a specially formulated biocide cleaner will restore the patio’s pristine appearance without discolouration.

Prevent Weed Growth

Even in the most meticulously maintained patios, weeds can find a way through joints and edges. Manually remove any visible growth, then apply a premium joint stabiliser or polymeric sand to seal gaps and prevent future weeds from taking hold. This is particularly important for high-end block paving and natural stone patios, where weeds can compromise the overall aesthetic.

Inspect for Weather Damage

The winter months can lead to natural wear and tear, even on the finest patios. Check for any signs of cracks, loose stones, or worn grout. For properties in Wilmslow, Alderley Edge, and Prestbury, enlisting a professional to assess and repair minor issues can help maintain your patio’s flawless look while preventing larger structural problems in the future.

Apply a High-Quality Sealant

Luxury stone patios require protection from the elements to maintain their pristine condition. A high-end, breathable stone sealant will enhance the natural beauty of your patio while preventing stains, water damage, and weathering. If you have a resin-bound patio, a specialist UV-resistant sealant can help maintain its vibrant finish and longevity.

Upgrade with Elegant Features

Spring is the perfect time to elevate your patio with sophisticated new additions:

  • Luxury Outdoor Furniture: Opt for high-end teak, rattan, or contemporary metal designs with plush cushions to create an inviting space.
  • Bespoke Planters & Greenery: Add statement planters with carefully curated greenery to complement your garden’s landscape.
  • Discreet Ambient Lighting: Underfloor LED lighting, lanterns, or soft uplighting can transform your patio into a stylish evening retreat.
  • Premium Outdoor Rugs & Accessories: Adding tasteful textiles can enhance the warmth and comfort of your outdoor setting.

Create an Entertaining Oasis

Your patio should be an extension of your luxurious home—perfect for hosting guests or enjoying quiet evenings in style. Consider installing a high-end outdoor kitchen, a built-in fire pit, or even a fully automated pergola with heating and lighting for year-round enjoyment.

For homeowners in Wilmslow, Alderley Edge, and Prestbury, maintaining a patio isn’t just about keeping it clean—it’s about preserving an elegant lifestyle. With the right care, your outdoor space will remain a stunning focal point for relaxation and entertainment throughout the spring and summer months.

If you’re looking for expert patio maintenance or upgrades tailored to luxury homes, contact PaveTar in East Cheshire to ensure your patio is ready to impress.

The Importance of Kerb Appeal: Driveway Upgrades for Luxury Homes

December 3, 2024/0 Comments/in Block Paving, Driveways, Patios/by Aron Johnston

Kerb appeal plays a pivotal role in creating lasting first impressions, especially for luxury properties in high-end areas like Wilmslow, Alderley Edge, and Macclesfield. A stunning driveway not only enhances the aesthetic charm of your home but also adds significant value to your property. Here’s why upgrading your driveway is an investment worth making and what features are trending in Cheshire East’s luxury market.

Why Kerb Appeal Matters:

Your driveway is often the first feature guests or prospective buyers see. A well-designed driveway:

Boosts Property Value: A meticulously crafted driveway can increase the overall worth of your home, making it a key selling point.

Exudes Elegance: It sets the tone for what’s inside, reflecting the sophistication and attention to detail of the property owner.

Enhances Functionality: A stylish and durable driveway accommodates luxury vehicles while remaining visually appealing.

Popular Driveway Choices in Wilmslow, Alderley Edge, and Macclesfield

Luxury homeowners in Cheshire East are gravitating toward driveways that seamlessly blend form and function. After many years of providing high quality driveways and patios in the area we understand more than most what homeowners in the area like and what works for a designer or luxury home in the area.

Here are the top choices:

  1. Resin Driveways
    • Resin-bound surfaces are popular for their smooth finish and customisable colors.
    • They’re durable, low-maintenance, and create a clean, modern look.
  2. Natural Stone:
    • Materials like granite or sandstone offer timeless beauty and elegance.
    • Perfect for traditional homes in Alderley Edge or countryside estates in Macclesfield.
  3. Block Paving:
    • Versatile and available in a range of patterns, block paving allows for bespoke designs.
    • It’s ideal for creating eye-catching, geometric layouts.

Integrating Landscaping and Lighting

A luxurious driveway doesn’t stand alone—it’s enhanced by its surroundings. Consider these additions to elevate kerb appeal:

  • Landscaping:
    • Add borders of neatly trimmed hedges or flowerbeds to frame the driveway.
    • Use evergreen shrubs or ornamental grasses for year-round greenery.
  • Lighting:
    • Incorporate uplighting along the edges to highlight natural textures in stone or resin.
    • Add recessed LED lights to guide vehicles at night, ensuring safety and elegance.

Patios for a Wow Factor

Patios are another way to amplify your outdoor space. Homeowners in Wilmslow and Alderley Edge often opt for porcelain or sandstone patios, which exude luxury and are perfect for entertaining. Pairing a stunning patio with a driveway creates a cohesive outdoor space that flows beautifully.

Upgrading your driveway is more than just an aesthetic choice; it’s an investment that enhances both the value and functionality of your luxury home. From resin-bound surfaces to natural stone driveways, Cheshire East homeowners are setting the standard for elegance. With thoughtful landscaping and lighting, your driveway can become a masterpiece that leaves a lasting impression.

10 Creative Patio Ideas to Transform Your Outdoor Space

September 17, 2024/0 Comments/in Patios/by Aron Johnston

Your patio is an extension of your home and serves as a perfect space to relax, entertain, and enjoy the outdoors. Whether your preference leans towards modern elegance or rustic charm, there are many creative ideas to help transform your patio into a stunning outdoor retreat.

For those who love clean lines and minimalism, a modern patio is the ideal choice. By using materials like concrete or stone for the flooring and sleek metal or wood furniture, you can create a contemporary, stylish space. Adding a statement piece like a fire pit can serve as a focal point, while simple, functional décor and geometric lighting complete the look.

Cheshire brick patio with decking and curved borders

If a warm, inviting ambiance appeals to you, consider a rustic patio design. Incorporating natural materials like wood and stone, paired with rattan or wicker furniture, creates a cozy atmosphere. To enhance the rustic feel, use lanterns or string lights for lighting, and add potted plants, wooden pergolas, or vintage décor elements.

A Mediterranean-inspired patio offers a relaxed yet vibrant atmosphere. Terracotta tiles or stone flooring, combined with wrought-iron furniture, help capture the essence of the Mediterranean. Brightly coloured cushions, ceramic planters, and plants like olive trees or lavender can bring a sense of authenticity to the space. A small water feature, such as a fountain, is a perfect finishing touch.

For a more eclectic, laid-back aesthetic, the Bohemian style offers a mix of textures and colours. Layered rugs, patterned throws, hammocks, and floor cushions can create a cozy and free-spirited ambiance. To complete the Bohemian vibe, use macramé plant hangers, vibrant textiles, and plenty of greenery, paired with soft lighting from lanterns or fairy lights.

Even if your outdoor space is small, an urban balcony patio can be stylish and functional. Choosing space-saving furniture like foldable chairs or built-in benches helps make the most of limited space, while vertical gardens or hanging planters add greenery without taking up much room. Portable lighting like solar lanterns and a few textured cushions create a comfortable, compact retreat.

A tropical-themed patio can turn your outdoor space into a lush, resort-like paradise. Bamboo or teak furniture pairs well with large tropical plants like palms or ferns. Bright, bold-coloured cushions add vibrancy, and outdoor fans or umbrellas enhance the overall tropical feel.

For those who prefer a timeless and sophisticated look, a classic patio design brings elegance to your outdoor space. Stone or brick flooring, wrought-iron furniture, and neutral tones create a refined environment. You can enhance the space with formal landscaping, such as boxwood hedges or potted topiaries, and classic lanterns or candles for soft lighting.

An industrial chic patio, inspired by urban lofts, brings an edgy aesthetic with raw materials like exposed metal, concrete, and reclaimed wood. Pendant lights or string lights with Edison bulbs add to the modern-industrial vibe, and minimalist planters with succulents or cacti complete the look.

For a more laid-back, coastal theme, a patio inspired by the beach creates a breezy, relaxing vibe. Light-coloured furniture in natural textures such as rope, wicker, or rattan pairs beautifully with soft blue and beige tones. Nautical accents, striped pillows, and a fire pit or swing chair can further enhance the coastal feel.

Finally, a zen garden patio creates a peaceful, harmonious space perfect for relaxation. Using gravel, bamboo, and natural stone, along with minimalist furniture like low benches, helps foster a tranquil atmosphere. Japanese maple trees or bonsai in planters and a small water feature, such as a pond or fountain, bring a sense of calm to the space.

No matter what style suits your taste, your patio can be a reflection of your personality. Comfortable seating, layered lighting, and thoughtful décor choices, such as outdoor rugs, cushions, and throw blankets, can help you design the perfect outdoor retreat for relaxation and entertaining.

The Rise Of Porcelain Patios In Cheshire

April 12, 2024/0 Comments/in News, Patios/by Aron Johnston

In recent years, the landscaping scene in Cheshire has witnessed a remarkable transformation, especially within the realm of high-end bespoke properties. Among the trending choices for outdoor enhancements, porcelain patios have emerged as a frontrunner, synonymous with luxury and refined taste.

Why Porcelain?

Porcelain patios offer a sleek and modern aesthetic that aligns perfectly with the sophisticated architecture of Cheshire’s luxurious residences. This material’s minimalistic yet elegant appearance provides a seamless transition from the opulent interiors to the equally stunning exteriors. Porcelain is not only about good looks; its functionality speaks volumes about its popularity.

porcelain patios

Durability Meets Style

One of the most compelling attributes of porcelain patios is their robust nature. Designed to withstand the unpredictable British weather, porcelain tiles are impervious to rain and resistant to frost. Unlike natural stone that might weather or stain over time, porcelain maintains its pristine condition without requiring extensive maintenance. This durability makes it an ideal choice for homeowners who desire elegance without the hassle of high upkeep.

Low Maintenance, High Appeal

The low maintenance aspect of porcelain patios is particularly appealing to busy homeowners in Cheshire. These patios need only occasional cleaning to maintain their luster, without the need for sealing or treating. This ease of maintenance ensures that homes look effortlessly spectacular year-round, a key selling point for properties in the high-end market.

Versatility in Design

Porcelain tiles come in an extensive range of finishes and colours, mimicking natural materials like stone, wood, and even marble, providing flexibility in design that is highly valued by designers and homeowners alike. Whether it’s a contemporary grey slate look or a warm, rustic wood finish, porcelain can meet diverse aesthetic needs, complementing any home’s theme.

Eco-Friendly and Sustainable

We recently had our driveway, which had looked terrible before, completely transformed by 'PaveTar' who did an amazing job with it. All the team were completely professional, hardworking and very pleasant. Tom, in particular , was a pleasure to deal with and went to great lengths to explain/set out our options and ensure we were happy with everything. We would have no hesitation in using them again and would readily recommend them to anyone we know. Many thanks, PaveTar.

I've just had my driveway done by PaveTar and I'm very happy with the result and service that I received. The job was done very quickly and professionally. The team worked really hard in terrible weather conditions and kept the site tidy and safe which was needed as I have young kids. Tom was excellent to deal with and worked around my schedule for appointments and start date and finish. He understood exactly what I needed and nothing was a hassle. I've had a lot of work done over the past few years around the house and the thing that stands out the most how professional Tom and the team were throughout. I couldn't be happier with the quality of the work and I'll be going back to them in the future for other jobs.

Tom & his team recently gave our driveway a complete makeover, and we are so pleased with the results! More than happy to recommend Pave Tar (and have already done so to many of my neighbours). They were quick / responsive to get back to our initial enquiry - understood exactly what we were after & were very reasonably priced. Tom was great at setting out timescales and letting us know what would be happening when. The team were professional, punctual & hardworking - our drive was complete in 3 days, and the work wasn’t intrusive at all. A few snags were required which the team came by to rectify the next today, and it was only when we 100% happy with everything did we make any payment - excellent terms. Thanks Tom & team! Shell & Richard

Very professional company and the work was carried out in such a manner . Three stage operation of , Survey , Preparation, Lay . I was given a 4 week wait time for work to start but this was brought forward and the job completed before then. Tom and his team were great. Kept me updated on logistics. Efficient, professional, punctual and work done to a good standard. Really pleased with all aspects of the project. Thank you everyone. Would recommend.
